Processing and Delivery Information

Processing times

Most orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days. Personalised orders such as scrapbooks and guestbooks are usually processed within 5-10 working days.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and dispatched.

Delivery options

All our order are sent via Royal Mail, but you can choose your delivery service at checkout. We will always do our utmost to ensure your order reaches you within the stated delivery times, however please note there are rare occasions where factors outside our control can affect delivery, such as Royal Mail delays.

We offer FREE (2nd Class) delivery on all orders under £5.00

  • 2nd Class Royal Mail (3-5 working days from dispatch)
  • 1st Class Royal Mail (1-2 working days from dispatch)
  • Tracked 24 (24 hour delivery from dispatch)

Need it sooner or special delivery? If you need your order outside of the standard processing times and delivery options (stated above) please get Contact us before placing your order.

If you require an alternative express delivery service please get in contact before placing the order (additional cost for this will apply). 


If you are not completely happy with any other type of order you are welcome to return it within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not offer refunds on sales items and personalised items. Please email us prior to returning your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please include your name and order number with the package.

If an item is not faulty you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item.

Once your order is received by us we will issue a refund via the original payment method.


Please get in touch as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order. Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once we have started to process your order.
